New solutions allow distributors to provide strong commerce offering to the foodservice market.  The addition adds value to the Amphire supply chain solutions and increases capabilities in working with independent distributors who must stay integrated into the technology that is driving buyer based purchasing technology.

Redwood Shores, California. – January 30, 2006 – Amphire® Solutions today announced the acquisition of the Tibersoft Commerce business to enhance its position as the leader in internet ordering between foodservice, institutional and retail operators and their distributor trading partners.  The agreement between Amphire and Tibersoft includes the transfer of Tibersoft’s entire distributor and operator ordering platforms, Tibersoft Commerce and Tibersoft Buyer, including all customers and intellectual property.  The Tibersoft Commerce product to be offered by Amphire will be called Amphire Commerce.  Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
