Stampede Meat Names New Director Of Culinary & Corporate Executive Chef

John Daloia Cec Named As Stampede Meat’s New Director Of Culinary & Corporate Executive Chef - With a career in foodservice and culinary education spanning over 35 years, Chef John, formally the top Culinarian at McCain Foods USA, joins Stampede Meat, Inc in Bridgeview, IL as Director of Culinary - Corporate Executive Chef. As a member of the senior leadership team; he will work cross functionally with R&D, Sales, Production, and Marketing to help drive quality, innovation, and new business development. Of his many functions, working with the Company’s many Foodservice Chain accounts as well as National Retail customers and providing “a Chef’s perspective and support” to Stampede’s business is his top priority. DaLoia will be based at the company’s culinary center in Bridgeview, IL.
