Dinex International Acquired by Carlisle Companies Inc |

Carlisle Companies Inc. announced today that it has acquired Dinex International, Inc., a leading supplier of foodservice products to the healthcare and other institutional industries. With annual sales of approximately $85 million, Dinex supplies traytop smallwares, dishware, disposable lids and packaging as well as heating and meal delivery systems.
This acquisition complements Carlisle’s core foodservice product categories and supports its growth initiatives in the healthcare, educational, corrections and other institutional foodservice markets. The purchase of Dinex will also allow Carlisle FoodService Products to leverage its product and manufacturing capabilities into Dinex’s established sectors. Dinex has a very strong presence in the healthcare segment and works directly with foodservice distributors as the supply chain for most weekly supplies and provides direct shipments for replacements and other meal delivery items & solutions.
